Installation of New ACs: UPDATE

Dear Wallace and 715 Missouri Residents: 

​

The new master cool ACs are nearly installed!   Please be advised that a contractor and/or our maintenance techs will be entering your homes a few time today and tomorrow (Saturday) to set up and test the new ACs; please allow them in.  We know it can be inconvenient to allow us to enter multiple times, but we want to ensure that the new units are working properly.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We are taking COVID precautions and both the contractor and our maintenance tech are vaccinated. Nevertheless, if you have any symptoms of COVID 19 or have been exposed to anyone with COVID, please let our staff know so that we do not enter your home.
