Parking Lot Sealcoating & Re-Striping

Dear Residents,

Please do not park within the red lines until work is completed.

​

To minimize disruption and maintain resident access to parking throughout the project, the work will be completed in phases. Please refer to the attached map showing the initial work zone.

• Red highlighted areas indicate sections of the parking lot that will be closed for sealcoating and re-striping.

• White arrows indicate the designated traffic flow and available parking areas for residents during this phase of the project.
   

We kindly ask that all vehicles be removed from the marked work area before work begins. Vehicles remaining in the work zone may delay the project and could be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
