Leasing and Online Marketing Associate or Brand Manager

The Leasing and Online Advertising Agent plays an essential role in helping us advertise and lease our apartments and offices. Leasing agents are the face of the company and are most often our customer's first interaction with Pearl Properties. Leasing agents must be friendly and outgoing, love chatting with others, have great attention to detail and provide excellent customer service.  He or she should have a good eye for photos, strong writing skills to draft ads, and the abity to create flyers and other marketing materials.  For candidates with advanced marketing skills and experience, this position could be adapted to Brand Manager, the person responsible for developing and implementing the company's marketing and social media strategy. 

-If hired as a Brand Manager, duties will include developing a marketing and social media strategy, supervising its implementation and running our website. 

-Creatively market our available apartments and offices!  This includes taking photos, making tour videos and creating advertising content for Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and other sites.  Post multiple ads online on different platforms daily.    
-Receive phone calls from prospective and current residents, schedule appropriate follow up and ensure that it's completed. 
-Lease apartments and/or offices depending on your assignment, and ensure excellent service during the move in process.

-Receive and record resident maintenance requests using our property management software. 
-Complete and organize office paperwork, including leases, resident notices, work orders, etc. 

-Complete and execute leases and other legal documents. 


Strong communication skills, a people person
Extremely organized and good at follow up 
Able to juggle multiple duties at once in a very fast-paced (and sometimes stressful) environment 

Smart phone and computer literate  
No criminal history
Working vehicle with insurance and a valid driver’s license 

Bilingual (preferred) 

If applying as Brand Manager, 2 years marketing/social media experience and/or a related college degree preferred 

Apartment industry experience is not required but you MUST have prior customer service or marketing experience, write well and be a fast learner. You must also be computer literate and able to learn our property management software/be able to post on Craigslist and Facebook. We also look for a track record of long periods of employment.
