FREEZING TEMPERATURES PREPARATION

Dear Residents:

 

There will be extreme, freezing temperatures on Thursday and Friday nights.  Please help us protect yourselves and your pipes by doing the following:  

​

-Check that your heaters are property working and notify us immediately if they are not. 

-Leave the cabinets below your kitchen and bathroom sinks open. This allows warmer air to circulate around them. 

-Leave your faucets on with an extremely slow drip.

​

Please remember that our offices will be closed for the holidays on Friday, 12/23 and Monday, 12/26. In case of emergency you can call our main line and wait to be transferred to the answering service, or you can reach the answering service directly by dialing 915-545-8132.

Estimados Residentes:

Tendremos condiciones climáticas extremas con muy bajas temperaturas en la noche del jueves y viernes. Por favor ayúdanos con lo siguiente:

​

-Verifique que su equipo de calefacción funciona apropiadamente y avísenos inmediatamente en caso de algún problema.

-Deje las puertas de los gabinetes de cocina y baños abiertos, esto permite que aire tibio circule alrededor de la plomería.

-Deje las llaves de agua de la cocina y baños un poco abiertas  para así evitar que se congelen las líneas de agua.

 

Por favor recuerde que nuestras oficinas estarán cerradas durante este fin de semana festive, desde el viernes 23 de Diciembre hasta el lunes 26 de Diciembre. En caso de una emergencia, usted puede llamar a nuestra línea principal y esperar a ser transferido a nuestro servicio “answering service” o puede contactar este servicio directamente marcando al numero 915-545-8132.
