Community Upgrade: High-Efficiency Toilet Replacement

Dear La Mesa Residents:
We are excited to announce our project to replace all toilets and shower heads with new, high-efficiency models, helping you save on utility bills and prevent leaks!
Project Summary

When: Starting Monday, November 17 and continuing for approximately four weeks.

Hours: Crews will be working between 8 am - 5 pm. M - F excluding federal holidays.

First Building: We start with Building 2 next Monday.

Water Shut-Off: Please note that the water to your building will be temporarily shut off periodically for 10 - 15 minute increments during installation. The water to your home may also be briefly shut off during your apartment's installation.

Notification: We will text your building when entries begin. Please enroll in text messaging for the fastest updates. Updates will also be posted on this web page so please check this web page regularly.

Our trusted contractor, Hugo is doing the job and not a member of our team. Please ask the Pearl Properties team if you have any questions.
Mandatory Action Items

Pets: On the day of entry, all pets must be kenneled or restrained. If you have a pet, please notify the office at 915-532-6419 ASAP to coordinate.

Minors: Minors may not be alone in the apartment with our team.
