La Mesa was acquired by La Mesa Pearl LLC with management service provided by our company, Pearl Properties. We are excited to provide you with excellent customer service! Please be patient with us over the next few weeks as residents at La Mesa have submitted a large volume of work orders. 
 
Please ensure we can communicate with you by asking EVERY ADULT RESIDENT in your home to fill out the information requested here. If you do not have access to a computer, you may also call our office to complete: 
 


 
We use a resident portal to manage work orders, rental payments, etc. After you fill out the requested information above, please take a moment to create your resident portal.  Please save your password, you will need it!  
 

 


PAYMENTS


Checks and money orders should be addressed to Pearl Properties
Rent is due the 1st and considered late on the 4th 

Pay by mail: PO Box 12725, El Paso, TX 79913 (must be posted dated by the 1st to be considered timely)  

Pay in person: 900 Newman, 79902 (located at Newman and Montana, exit I-10 at Downtown or Cotton) 
Pay online: Online and automatic payments can be scheduled through the resident portal linked above.  

We apologize for any inconvenience but payments are no longer accepted onsite at La Mesa

WORK ORDERS


Regular work orders can be made 24/7 online through the resident portal.  Please be very specific (ie which bathroom, the issue you are observing, etc.)  
You can call our office during business hours to submit a request. 

EMERGENCY WORK ORDERS: THREATS TO LIFE OR PROPERTY 


*Emergency work orders must re reported by phone.* Call our office (915-532-6419) and if it's outside business hours, wait to be transferred to the answering service. After hours you can reach the answering service directly by dialing 915-545-8132.
