OCTOBER UTILITY PAYMENTS

Dear Residents:
Your utility payments have been temporarily suspended for the month of October to facilitate an orderly transition of charges. The prior utility RUBS billback provider was Zego; now it will be Resman Utilities powered by AMS Billing.

Please pay your rent by the 3rd, as required. No paper statements will be sent out.

If you are unsure of your rent amount, please contact our office during business hours or log into your online resident portal to see your balance.

No utility payment is due this month.
We will be contacting all residents with current leases to sign an updated utility addendum. We will resume charging utilities on November 1 for the billing period of approximately August 19 – September 22, 2025. The last payment you made to the prior owners (on September 1) was for the period of May 22 – June 30.
By signing the new utility addendum in October, we will ensure you receive the following benefits:

A refund or credit for any utility payment made on September 1.

Waiver of utility charges for the intervening periods (July and August).
This means that by signing the addendum this month, you will effectively receive THREE MONTHS OF FREE
UTILITIES.
Please sign the utility addendum promptly once it is provided to you. If you are a resident on a month-to-month lease, we will be contacting you to sign an entirely new lease package.

Checks and money orders should be addressed to Pearl Properties
Rent is due the 1st and considered late on the 4th
Pay by mail: PO Box 12725, El Paso, TX 79913 (must be posted dated by the 1st to be considered timely)
Pay in person: 900 Newman, 79902 (located at Newman and Montana, exit I-10 at Downtown or Cotton)
Pay online: Online and automatic payments can be scheduled through the resident portal linked above.

WORK ORDERS
Regular work orders can be made 24/7 online through the resident portal. Please be very specific (ie which bathroom, the issue you are observing, etc.)
You can call our office during business hours to submit a request.
EMERGENCY WORK ORDERS: THREATS TO LIFE OR PROPERTY
*Emergency work orders must re reported by phone.* Call our office (915-532-6419) and if it's outside business hours, wait to be transferred to the answering service. After hours you can reach the answering service directly by dialing 915-545-8132.
