Centurion Residents will now be provided Ultra High-Speed Internet with Wi-Fi & Spectrum Streaming TV. YOU MUST CONTACT SPECTRUM DIRECTLY TO SET UP SERVICE. Call 833-697-7328 OR visit spectrum.com/internetsetup OR visit any Spectrum Store to initiate bulk service.

Included with your Lease (a value of approximately $85/month)
• Internet speed 500 Megs / Wi-Fi Included (Includes 1 Modem +1 Router)
• Spectrum TV Streaming has 70 Channels
• Over 50,000 free on demand movies & shows to choose from (only free selections)
• Music streaming that can be blue toothed from Mobile Phone to vehicle
• TV Streaming using a Spectrum App via WiFi
•Examples of compatible devices: Samsung Smart TV/ Hisense TV/ Apple TV/ XBox & Roku
• Multiple TVs & devices can connect (mobile phones can view remotely)

Contact Spectrum direclty using one of the methods listed above to get the Bulk Plan and boxes will be shipped to your address. *Be sure to sign up for our bulk program to avoid additional costs.* Please note:
• Residents can customize plans for an additional cost
• Only the person on the lease can place the order. Please have a copy of your lease and ID when placing orders.
• Resident will be responsible for equipment, Spectrum will charge you directly. There is either a $29.99 fee for self-installation, or a $69.99 fee for Spectrum to install (subject to change, paid to Spectrum).
• Resident is responsible for returning equipment to Spectrum at move out. Please note that Pearl Properties will not return Spectrum equipment left behind.

1. Los residentes pueden agregar servicio adicionales a costo propio.
2. Hay un costo de $29.99 para instalar que equipo solo, o $69.99 para que Spectrum lo instale, hay que pagar estos costos directamente a Spectrum.
3. Solo la persona que está en el contrato puede realizar el pedido. Traer su contracto e identificacion.
4. El residente será responsable del equipo y hay que devolverlo al final de su contracto (no lo hace Pearl de su parte).
